In addition, friendly to everyone, ALCHEMIQ’s menu hosts various vegetarian and vegan options for the omnivore clients, such as Cucumber Flower Canapés; Avocado Mousse in Olive Cones; Mini Lettuce Wraps with Strawberry, Basil, Almond & Balsamic. Nothing is simple at ALCHEMIQ as each individual hors d'oeuvre has a unique signature twist to it, such as the “Tenderloin Semicruda,” which is topped with white truffle mayo and served on a parmesan cracker. And, for those with a sweet tooth, the desserts are truly decadent, featuring French Glazed Mousses; Verrines; Trendy Cake Pops; and S’mores Macarons.
As always, equal attention is given to the beverage options at ALCHEMIQ Catering. The Spring 2017 menu contains a large selection of “Fancy Cocktails,” with liquors and flavors to refresh and satisfy. But ALCHEMIQ does not stop at simply offering these cocktails. Instead, offers to serve the already delicious beverages with theatrical techniques such as dry ice chilling, stencil-spraying your logo or smoking your ready concoction. These beverages will not only satisfy the biggest of drink snobs, but will also work as a conversation starter and show stopper.
